About Listen God

This site is about finding God, not religion. We all come to a point where we begin to contemplate the here-after. Some people just want to know God. I set out on a journey to find God and try to understand God. I wanted to know if God really talks to us, does he direct our steps through life or do we make our own path? Why are there so many different religions? Is God that difficult to figure out? Gee z, why isn’t there a map to God like Google maps?

Listen God wasn’t my first choice for a title however, it does fit my quest. When I talk to God, does he really listen and how does he answer? I’m not a great writer, I write like a reporter (which I was) you know just the facts, no fluff. So if I make mistakes, I beg for forgiveness in advance and I hope you will join me on my journey.

Ever ask God if he was listening to you?

Most people have asked, “ God, are you there?” Are you listening God? God, can you hear me? When the thunder and lightening are still and no responses to their questions are heard, most people begin to question or doubt God’s existence. I was in this category of questioning at one time until I found God. No, God wasn’t in some fancy stained glass church building. God wasn’t in some formal church ceremony either.
